C | 　　会商指出，当前，华南、江南本轮降雨过程趋于减弱，但后期南方地区降水依然较多，局地降雨强度较大，受暴雨洪水叠加效应影响，江河洪水、山洪和地质灾害、城市内涝等风险突出，防汛抗洪形势依然严峻。　　会商要求，国家防总办公室工作组要加强对重点区域督促指导。重点区域要高度重视防洪工程安全，用好巡堤查险高科技设备，加强北江大堤等堤防巡查防守；要针对重要部位和薄弱环节前置救援力量，备足抢险救灾物资，快速组织抢险救援，全力保障韶关市武江区江湾镇抢险救援生命通道，抓住间歇期做好下一轮强降雨防范应对准备；要细致做好山洪地质灾害易发区、高风险区域群众的安全转移方案，提前果断转移受威胁人员，加强转移人员安置管理，严防危险未解除前擅自返回造成伤亡；要尽快恢复受灾群众基本生活和正常生产生活秩序，尽快排除城乡内涝积水、及时进行清淤消杀，退水区域要认真开展排查和隐患消除工作，加强对受淹地区危房老屋和临时建筑排查，防止发生次生灾害。
