C | “训练营结束之后,我们将尽快组建2022-2023年短道速滑国家集训队,并开展常态化集训工作,为参加本赛季的国际赛事做好全面准备。”刘辰宇说。他介绍,除了选拔运动员,还将通过本次训练营观察各地基层教练员,持续关注一些优秀教练并适时纳入国家集训队,不断培养具有国际视野的高水平本土教练员。同时,在项目发展上起到引领示范作用,也是训练营希望达到的目标。刘辰宇介绍,训练营期间,在反兴奋剂、出入管理、住宿纪律等方面,学员的管理标准全面对标国家队。“想通过这些来规范项目发展,让大家知道最顶尖的国家队是按照什么标准来做的。”“希望通过这次训练营,更好地把国家队遴选标准、青少年应该怎么练体能等理念,包括国际上是怎么做的,一些先进理念传递给青少年、基层教练。通过这些体能测试,让他们找到自己的短板,哪怕不能入选国家队,回去以后也能针对不足加强相应的训练。”上海黄浦区圣巴体育俱乐部教练苏晓华肯定了训练营的引导、激励作用。她所在的俱乐部有7名短道运动员、6名速滑选手前来参营。她说:“进入国家队,是青少年很向往的事情。来到这里之后,孩子们看到其他优秀运动员,看到奥运冠军任子威,状态都不一样了,比平时更加严格要求自己。”种子还可以播撒得更远。
