一 |     今年的市政府工作报告，对加快建设动能澎湃、优势鲜明的现代产业之城进行了具体部署。    New Delhi, Oct 19 (UNI) Mallikarjun Kharge was elected as new President of Congress on Monday, Congress Central Election Authority Chairman Madhusudan Mistry announced .

Total 9385 votes were polled, of the which Kharge got 7897 votes, while his competitor Shashi Tharoor got 1072 votes. Mistry added that 416 votes were invalid.

Outgoing Congress President Sonia Gandhi went to the president elect’s residence to wish him.

Party leaders Rahul Gandhians Priyanka Gandhi also congratulated Kharge on his win.

“Congratulations to Mallikarjun Kharge ji on being elected as the President of INC. The Congress President represents a democratic vision of India. His vast experience and ideological commitment will serve the party well as he takes on this historic responsibility, Rahul Gandhi said.

Priyanka Gandhi said the party will continue its struggle under the leadership of Kharge.

Kharge, a former railways and labour minister, thanked all for their support and said In the 75-year history of independence, the Indian National Congress continuously strengthened the country's democracy and protected the Constitution. “Today, when democracy is in danger, the constitution is being attacked, and every institution is being destroyed, the Congress party set an example to strengthen the country's democracy by conducting organizational elections at the national level;” he said.

Addressing his first press conference he said inflation, severe unemployment, the gap between the rich and the poor, and the hatred spread by the government in the country are some of the main issues that need to be addressed.

He also mentioned Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, he appealed to all Congress members and the people of the country to join it.

He also said the “ruler” in power in Delhi “talks a lot but does nothing”.

“We believe that this country cannot be sacrificed to the whims of a dictator. We have to come together and defeat these destructive forces,” he said.

Tharoor congratulated Kharge and said, “It is a great honour & a huge responsibility to be President of INC& I wish Khargeji all success in that task. It was a privilege to have received the support of over a thousand colleagues, and to carry the hopes& aspirations of so many well-wishers of Congress across India”.

Tharoor’s election manager, Salman Soz, has complained about many irregularities in Congress Presidential Polls.

Soz in his letter quoted various instances of violations in the polling process in different States, one of which is about the Lucknow centre for Uttar Pradesh.

Mistry said they will give pint by point reply, adding that they shouldn’t have made the complaint public.

三 | 作为全国最大的铁路货车造修基地，“百年老企”中车石家庄车辆有限公司将围绕人工智能技术与装备融合持续加码，让传统制造业搭上AI时代的“列车”。“我们将加快完成全国领先的智能实验室建设，携手省市知名科研机构联合技术攻关，形成一批可落地、可应用、可复制的数智化技术和知识产权。”市人大代表、中车石家庄车辆有限公司党委书记、董事长张建武说。项目攻坚 筑牢发展硬支撑在灵寿县陈庄镇、寨头乡境内，百亿级清洁能源项目——灵寿抽水蓄能电站，正全力推进上下水库、输水发电系统等主体工程施工，预计2028年年底实现首台机组并网发电，2029年年底全部机组投产运营。

四 | “我们将发挥项目工作专班统筹协调作用，紧盯关键节点、严控建设工期，强化要素保障、精准靠前服务，及时破解建设难题。

五 | ”市人大代表、灵寿县委书记靳军说。强有力的项目接续推进，离不开在开放招商和园区建设上下的“硬功夫”。市政协委员、石家庄国有资本经营集团党委书记、董事长韩杰表示，将坚持“投出去、引进来”，持续链接域内外优质项目；同时设立“城市会客厅”与招商基金，精准捕获比特量子计算、医疗脑机接口等硬科技未来产业项目落地石家庄。作为全市高质量发展的“两翼”之一，石家庄经开区在推动总投资373.1亿元的33个重点项目快建设、早达效的同时，着力打造具有坚强配套服务能力的低成本化园区。“我们将加快能源岛等功能配套建设，以完善的要素保障为企业高效运转提供有力支撑。

六 | ”市政协委员、石家庄经开区党工委副书记梁立杰表示，持续推进审批软件智能化改造，实现全流程线上可办率100%，不断提升园区综合配套和服务能力。环境优化 擦亮惠企“金名片”良好营商环境是产业集聚的“强磁场”。市人大代表、石家庄四药有限公司党委书记史建会在调研中发现，建设与产业发展相匹配的数字人才队伍迫在眉睫。他建议，深化产教融合，构建“人工智能+医药”复合型人才培养体系；创新引才用才机制，重点引进既懂人工智能技术又熟悉生物医药产业逻辑的复合型领军人才；强化岗位人才技能提升，夯实人工智能应用基础夯实数据与平台底座，打造“人工智能+医药”融合应用场景，以场景牵引人才价值释放。如何让青年人愿意来、留得住、发展好？市人大代表、共青团石家庄市委书记王晓冉一直在思考。“建设青年发展型城市，重在留人、贵在留心。”王晓冉代表认为，要关心支持青年成就梦想，做到知青年、育青年、惠青年，让青年心声听得见、成长看得见、保障摸得着。优化营商环境，离不开制度创新。近年来，全市深入开展国有企业改革深化提升行动，推动77家市属国有企业整合为“5+2”国企架构，资产总额较重组前增长了83.8%，形成了5个AAA、7个AA+的高信用主体矩阵。市政协委员、市国资委党委书记、主任苏军献表示，将进一步深化国资国企改革，加快打造创新领先、功能突出、治理高效、充满活力的现代新国企，全面叫响石家庄国资国企新品牌。（记者 吴 温）。
